Cow Recovery
Neglected and unwell cows are rescued and given a safe environment to heal.
At Ghritham Gaushala, we have rescued over 500 cows, including 220 healthy dairy cows that give pure, wholesome milk every day. Each rescued cow is fed with clean, nutritious fodder, keeping them in excellent health. Their calves too grow strong by drinking the same pure, healthy milk. This dedication to purity and rescue is the foundation of our brand, Ghritham. We believe true wellness starts with giving these animals a second life — with love, hygiene, and respect. Our mission is simple: rescue and serve the cows with devotion, and deliver genuine, pure products straight to your home.

GGHritam Bilona Handmade A2 Gir Cow Ghee is prepared from the fresh milk of indigenous Gir cows using the time-honored Bilona method. Unlike ordinary cream-based ghee, our ghee is made by first converting fresh A2 milk into curd, which is then traditionally hand-churned to extract butter. The butter is slowly simmered to produce pure, aromatic, and nutrient-rich ghee.
Every batch is crafted with care, free from preservatives, artificial flavours, and harmful additives, ensuring authentic taste and natural goodness in every spoon.
Every purchase supports a larger mission of animal welfare, rural livelihoods, and preserving traditional craftsmanship.
Not all ghee is created the same. Every jar reflects purity, tradition, and care from start to finish.
Sourced from indigenous cows producing naturally nutrient-rich A2 milk.
Traditional Bilona churning preserves authentic taste and nutrition.
Crafted in limited quantities for exceptional quality and consistency.
Free from preservatives, additives, and artificial ingredients.
Thousands of families trust our Bilona Ghee for its authentic taste, purity, and traditional craftsmanship.
